Cook and shred the chicken
Rub the tenderloins with salt, pepper, and sake. Cover and microwave for 3 minutes at 600 W, then chill in cold water and shred.

Make the filling
Mix the scallion with ginger, sugar, bouillon, sake, sesame oil, and sesame. Microwave for 1½ minutes at 600 W, stir in chicken, and adjust seasoning.
